Cameroon manager Hugo Broos says Spurs forward Clinton Njie told him he does not want to join Marseille.
“Clinton telephoned me last week to tell me about his transfer problems. He wants to move to Lyon but his club (Tottenham) want him to move to Marseille.”
The national manager continued venting his frustration as he awaits the arrival of his player;
“First, he asked if it was possible it arrives this Wednesday, but I refused. Then he said he will be there on Sunday or Monday but on Sunday, he called me again to tell me that there are new problems and it will keep him.”
“Since that day, I have not heard from Clinton Njie. I do not know if it will happen. I await a sign from him.”
