Keita Balde has turned down a move to Tottenham according to reports from Italian website Il Messaggero.
It’s believed that Tottenham had a bid of £26.4m accepted by Lazio for the Senegalese left winger. The 22 year old had a fantastic season last year – scoring 16 goals and providing 6 assists. In total he now has an impressive record of 37 goals and 27 assists in 137 games.
It’s understood that Balde favours a move to Juventus and is holding out for a move to The Old Lady. That’s a blow to Spurs who are keen to bring in explosive pace, power and goals to support Harry Kane.
