Cameron Carter-Vickers has completed a transfer to Celtic on a season long-loan.
The Scottish club have the option to buy Carter-Vickers on a permanent deal once that loan ends.
Carter-Vickers, a product of Tottenham’s academy and a full international with the USA, has made five appearances for Spurs’ first team to date.
The 23-year-old extended his contract with the club at the beginning of last season which pushed on Spurs’ option for another year.
With that in mind, the same will happen again this year, so Carter-Vicker’s will still be a Spurs player at the end of his loan unless Celtic activate the clause that will allow him to leave on a permanent deal.
