Rumours today suggest Eric Dier is unhappy and that he is a January transfer target for Chelsea.

Dier excelled last season under Pochettino. This was largely down to the manager moving the England international further forward into defensive midfield. He was rewarded with a new contract earlier on in the season as a result.
However, recently Dier has had to fight for the position with Victor Wanyama and has found game time limited – often rotating with players through injury.
As a result, Dier is reportedly unhappy. Chelsea and Bayern Munich are both monitoring his situation.
