Mourinho claims he can bring silverware to Tottenham

Jose Mourinho has claimed that he could bring a title to silverware-starved Tottenham Hotspur when asked if he was under pressure due to recent results.
Spurs’ 1-0 home defeat to Chelsea on Thursday night meant the club lost three consecutive Premier League games for the first time since 2012 and it made it five defeats in nine matches in the league.
Tottenham fans across social media have begun to grow concerned by the performances of the team, with the north London outfit looking shot shy and lacking in invention and confidence.
Mourinho was asked whether he feels under pressure amid recent results and displays and he turned the question around.
“I put pressure on myself every day. I don’t need others to put pressure on me. I put pressure on myself every day. Every day. So since 2012 without three defeats in a row? But since when without a title?” he asked.
When the answer of 1961 came back, Mourinho responded: ” Maybe I can give one.”
