West Ham defender Reece Oxford rates Marcus Edwards as “one of the best” players he has played alongside.
The former Tottenham youth player spoke to Squawka and singled out Marcus Edwards for praise. This is despite regularly featuring in West Ham’s first team and playing with the likes of Payet and Lanzini!
“I’ve said this before – Marcus Edwards. My age – he’s probably one of the best players I’ve played with,” – Squawka
Great praise from Oxford who broke onto the scene last season in the Premier League for West Ham. Edwards will be looking to do the same this year with Spurs.
