Tottenham’s win over Swansea statistically among most one-sided PL games ever

If 5 goals wasn’t impressive enough for you then BBC Sport’s recent statistics should be. Our win over Swansea was arguably the most one-sided game in Premier League history.

Tottenham had 15 shots on target to Swansea’s 0. Hugo Lloris didn’t have a single shot to save in the whole match and we didn’t concede a single corner in the game. Swansea managed 1 shot in the game and it was off target. Poor Lloris had to collect the ball for a goal kick!

Other one sided games in recent years have had 16 shots on target to the opponents 0 and 15-0, however, both games ended in 3-0 victories (Man City v West Brom 2015,  Chelsea v Burnley in 2009).

In my (biased) opinion, that makes our crushing victory over Swansea the most dominant match in Premier League history!
