Our summer signing Jonathan de Bie is impressing for our under 18’s.
De Bie, 17, signed from Belgian club KV Mechelen on a 3 year contract and has shown promise in his first two games for the club. His most recent game, a 1-1 draw against Chelsea, showcased his ability as he produced a number of fine saves in a commanding display. John McDermott was quick to praise the youngster:
“Jonathan in goal was again very positive, he pulled off a couple of excellent saves.”
Die Bie is one to keep an eye on.
