Ben Davies is a target of Chelsea as they look to bolster their HG quota to meet FA and EPL rules.
Davies who represented his country brilliantly as part of three central defenders at Euro 2016 is second choice left back at Spurs but is currently getting a run in the team following an injury to first choice Danny Rose.
The Welsh defender is a valued member of the squad at Spurs but if an offer of £20m was to come in it would be sure to tempt Spurs who also have academy full back Kyle Walker-Peters waiting in the wings to make an impact on the first team squad.
