Tottenham have reportedly made an offer for Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri.
Eurosport France are the people behind the rumour and are suggesting we have bid £13.3m. The Ivorian midfielder, 26, impressed in Ligue 1 scoring 7 goals and assisting 9 times. Seri had been tipped for a move to Roma but has seen the deal fall through.
Should he move to Spurs he’d be competing with Mousa Dembele and Wanyama – a formidable duo to oust. Whether Seri would be willing to settle for a rotation role remains to be seen but his price seems reasonable in a crazy transfer window so far.
