Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Kyle Walker and Danny Rose all started for England with Dele Alli coming on later as the first game of Sam Allardyces new England regime started with a 1-0 win away at Slovakia.
The goal came from Adam Lallana in the 95th minute following some great work from Alli who’s persistence in chasing and closing down resulted in another Spur Danny Rose beating two men and picking Lallana out in the box to slot home his first England goal.
It was not a good night however for Harry Kane who was on the receiving end of some rough challenges from the Slovakian defense, leading to Martin Skrtel being sent off for the home team, and sadly Kane was not able to manage a shot.
Kane was substituted around the 80th minute for Daniel Sturridge.
Our five England boys will return to Hotspur Way on Tuesday to train ahead of the returning Premier League next weekend.
